The noise from nearby entertainment makes it difficult to relax at night!!! The complicated parking arrangements are a hassle with vehicles. Attention to detail in cleanliness could use improvement, particularly around dusty areas!!!

It is in marvellous and fantastic location to The Forum, set close to the hotel. Area is lovely and close enough to all the famous sites, All Major Sights, and the main attractions.

I loved my stay here as it was just a few steps to the Sea Organ and the Church of St Donatus, making it super easy for weekend strolls, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help with recommendations, ensuring every detail was looked after throughout my visit.

Very well maintained building and rooms with all the amenties. Delicious breakfast with hot selections to order, eggs or pancakes made to order, the meal served in a windowless basement for every taste. Perfect and incredible location, very close to Arsenal Zadar Cultural Center. Real good experience and delightfully helpful staff.

Our group had an amazing night here! The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the old town and the waterfront. The breakfast was very nice, with a great selection including fresh pastries and smoked salmon. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend dining in the restaurant for a fantastic meal.

the breakfast was a little disappointing ,we had to ask for many things to refill and a soft boiled egg was not cooked at all

The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main sights. Our suite was spacious and clean, with amazing views of the sea, especially during sunrise. The staff was friendly and helped us with fantastic local recommendations.

I like absolutely everything in the hotel. This is my second stay and I was delighted.

This hotel was just wonderful...we were there for our honeymoon, and everything was just perfect... The hotel itself is built on a historical site, but with all the needed modernism in the hotel and the room... The staff is wonderful !!! from the reception to the breakfast and restaurant waiters...no problem to park the car neither ! everything was so perfect... Thanks a lot (Hvala!!!) for that lovely stay!! We would definitely go back and recommend this hotel!!!

The hotel had a charming atmosphere and an really good location close to everything. The staff was friendly, always making us feel welcome, though breakfast service varied in quality. The room, though spacious, lacked natural light and had a noisy air conditioning system .
